JEFFREY CASPER, OWNER
Jeff has had a passion for real estate ever since he bought his first home, ripped it down to the studs and rebuilt it 15 years ago. He has years of business experience in customer relations, having worked for Time Warner Cable in both Advertising Sales and Enterprise Sales for over 12 years. What he loved most about his job at TWC was the valued relationships he developed with clients across the East Coast. He always knew he wanted to take his knowledge and passion for real estate with him to build his own company.
“I love the freedom, responsibility and the empowerment that comes with owning my own company. It allows me to provide the exact type of customer experience I’d like to have, while building a home. I like the tangibility of building because you can touch, use and enjoy the final product. What I love most is the excitement of handing over the keys to the new homeowners. Seeing someone else enjoy the all the hard work we put in, is one of the best feelings.”
When Jeff isn’t on the job site, you can find him on the golf course, ski slopes, lacrosse and football fields coaching his son, front row at his daughter’s cheer competition or enjoying a family vacation.
Kimberly casper, OWNER
Kimberly graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications, located in Western New York. Having worked nearly 15 years in advertising and marketing for Time Warner Cable and Electrolux North America, Kimberly decided to step away from corporate and focus her efforts on building her design business.
“What I love most about this business is the ability to work with my family every day. I’ve been working with my husband (Jeff) since the day we met. Being able to bring our children to work with us, is just the icing on top. They get to experience first-hand all the hard work that goes into running a business and the reward that comes with finishing a project. It’s so amazing to see our designs come to fruition.”
Kimberly always has some sort of project going on whether it’s a personal home renovation, designing a new mountain house or helping decorate her children’s school . If she has a free minute, you can find her watching her beloved Buffalo Bills, volunteering as a board member for the Lake Norman Giants or relaxing on Mountain Island Lake with her family.
EDEN CASPER, JR. DESIGNER
“Edie” loves to help in the design arena anytime she gets the chance. She’s full of ideas when it comes to children’s rooms and bonus spaces!
When she’s not helping mom, you can find her crafting, tumbling, working on her Butterfly in the pool or slinging a lacrosse ball. Let’s go Giants!
CHASE CASPER, JR. CONTRACTOR
Chase loves experimenting with his drone while wondering through our builds. He’s learning a lot about the business and truly loves going to work with his dad.
This kid LOVES to chat and if you’ve gotten the to chance to meet him, he’ll be talking commercial aviation, fishing and FOOTBALL!
